The innovative coffee doser of the Zenith range will increase the quality of your work. Dose stability and pouring precision are of the highest level. Both the coffee tamper and the doser lever meet the highest and most accurate standards of ergonomics.
An ingenious mechanism allows the grinder to regulate the maximum quantity of coffee ground in the doser on five levels; This patent reduces coffee decay caused by oxidation and ageing. The dose stability is guaranteed by the new Rotax mechanism in die-cast aluminum, closed sectors.
The Eureka Rotax doser deposits the ground coffee directly at the filter-holder centre, avoiding dispersion and waste. Cleaning is very easy. The new front falling space allows to remove easily any ground coffee remains on the doser star.
Like all Eureka grinders, Zenith grinders are equipped with a patented micrometric adjustment slide, to adjust the grinding thickness with rotor blade axial, which enables to you to obtain a constant quality of ground coffee easily and accurately.
